- Our Services
Jewels Workshop provides specialized growth consultancy for the jewelry industry, including but not limited to Retail Strategy, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Setup, Mystery Audits, HR Consulting, and E-commerce Setup.
Advisory Nature: Our services are advisory. While we provide data-driven strategies and frameworks based on industry expertise, the successful execution and resulting financial outcomes depend heavily on your team’s implementation and external market factors.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue benchmarks, or immediate sales increases.
- Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, training materials, SOP documents, and digital strategies provided by Jewels Workshop are our exclusive intellectual property.
License to Use: Upon engaging our services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials strictly for your internal business operations.
Prohibition: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share our proprietary consulting materials, blueprints, or documents without our explicit written consent.
- Client Responsibilities
To ensure the effectiveness of our consulting and audits, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information regarding your business operations, financials, and inventory when required for our analysis.
Ensure that your management and staff are available for scheduled training and strategy sessions.
Maintain the confidentiality of the strategies and operational frameworks we develop specifically for your business.
- Payments, Fees, and Cancellations
Consulting Fees: Fees for Elite Advisory sessions, audits, and ongoing consulting will be outlined in your specific service agreement or invoice.
Payments: Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required before the commencement of any consulting project, audit, or digital development.
Cancellations: Elite Advisory sessions and audit bookings are generally non-refundable once scheduled and prepared for, due to the dedicated time and resources allocated. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Confidentiality
Both Jewels Workshop and the Client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive business information shared during the course of our engagement. We will not disclose your sales data, internal challenges, or private inventory details to any third party, just as you agree not to disclose our proprietary consulting methods. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jewels Workshop, its founder, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service. - Third-Party Links
